Planning: Organisation Of Group
As we started to carry out our filming, along the way, we used the script to help us make sure that we are in the right position we are acting out specifically what the script says, it gives us the stage directions which helps us ensure that we are all in our correct positions before we start to film each scene. Apart from using the script we also used the calendar, this made us aware of what days we are going to film and what days we are to edit, this makes sure that no time is wasted and that we meet out deadline for the for the film to be finished and well presented. the next source that we used to make sure that the organisation in our group was stable was the master catalog, this showed us what correct costumes and props we needed to have at each scene and a description of each actor/actress, the details for the actor/actress had their phone number and what they are currently doing for A levels, this allows us to be able to contact each other when necessary and for when one of us are not able to come and film. The last source that we used as a group to make sure the organisation of filming was neat and clean was the storyboard, however while we started to go to these locations, for Scene 2 which is meant to be that cafe scene, we had to change the location to a park with a pond in it, the park was empty and suitable for the scene.
