Planning: Organisation of group

In order to ensure our filming and editing does smoothly, we discussed various ways to keep on top of the work such as a calendar, which we created using google calendar. The calendar details our filming and editing days, which considers our individual commitments alongside the days we have in class. We also factored in the time we may need if we need to re-film certain scenes/shots which would prevent later discussions and complication when it comes to organising days to re-film. Another way we hope to keep organised is through the master catalogue (on Celtx) which, highlights the mise-en-scene aspects and sparked discussions: set(locations), costume and props as well as character profiles. With the master catalogue we have a reference point, in case we forget what we are expected to wear and bring to filming days. Further aiding us in our organisation are the storyboard and script (both on Celtx), the story board is concept art that depicts the camera shots that we will use and how we want them to appear. The script gives directions on how our body language should and where we should be positioned, preventing us discussing it on the day which wastes time and lead to errors such missing shots - affecting continuity when editing.
