Horror is a genre which seeks to evoke
negative reactions from the viewer due to the viewers fears in the movie, for
example, a fear of spiders, the horror movie would deliberateley have a horrid
spider scene in it or a fear of Victorian dolls, this is strongly shown in a
movie called "ANNABELLE".
"A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET"
This film fits the Horror genre because during the film there are scenes where, Glen is laying down in his bed
while listening to music and then Freddie's hands pulls Glen down into the bed
and then blood starts to shoot out from the bed like a fountain, this shows the
gory, horrific side which exaggerates
the film being classed as a horror genre.
